Education

Currence graduated with a BSCE from The United States Military Academy at West Point in 1993 and an MBA from Regis University in 2002.

Work History

• Currence previously was the COO, CFO and EVP International Sales for a Manufacturing, Industrial, and Quality Engineering consulting firm.
• He also served as Senior Director of Operations for KRISS Arms, and Global Director of Manufacturing, Manufacturing-Engineering, Operational Excellence and Launch Management programs for the climate product group at Visteon.
• Earlier in his career, Bill held other key roles while at Visteon, the Carlisle Group and Lear Corporation.
• He served for 10 years as an active duty and reserve officer where he held two company commands.

He is recognized for his passionate and results-oriented leadership style to consistently deliver improved operations which yields significant growth in EBITDA and cash flow.
