The consensus of the discussions is that Le Moyne College leadership received the information needed to make clearer future decisions regarding the funding of LMI.
The process benefitted LMI in clarifying and refining needed system descriptions and service offerings.
The process validated a number of existing assumptions that are currently hindering LMI ability to develop into a fully functional business that will generate obtainable revenue.
The committee saw the investment of $8,500 in the feasibility study as a valuable investment and was very appreciative of the amount of time the DeltaPoint team put into the process.

Contract point A: An industry and market feasibility analysis; the analysis provided general directional market arrows to indicate a potential value proposition. There were limited market parameters clearly defined which could be used for subsequent discussion or presentations; LMC Senior Leadership, Board of Trustees, etc.
Contract point B: A product or service feasibility analysis; the analysis provided the explicit needed level of analysis to validate the investment to move forward into learning analytics as a service.
Contract point C: Financial feasibility; limited specific fiscal details. No micro-modeling of market and service comparisons. This was tempered by the fact that a full market analysis was recommended to clarify the service and market further to provide valid estimates. General estimates across all recommended areas would have been of value; e.g., the clear cost parameters of market analysis with an expected timeframe.
