Initially, we were not interested in the services offered by Integrity Cost Consulting. We were already reviewing our utility and telecom invoices, so I didn’t think it would be worth our time. We were approached by Integrity Cost Consulting several years ago regarding an audit they could perform on our expenses. This audit was to ensure we were not being overcharged for our telecom, utilities, and waste management and were receiving the best market price on our gas and electric. We only recently took them up on their offer and couldn’t be happier with the results.

It required little time and effort on our part to put together the necessary information needed for Steve Thompson and his team to delve into our waste, telephone, gas, water, and electric expenses. At no cost to us, Steve and his team reviewed the information we sent and was able to save us thousands of dollars a year by finding errors and overcharges and renegotiating contracts on our behalf. Quickly and efficiently, Steve and his team put together a small series of presentations on our cost savings opportunities so we could best make decisions on how to proceed.
