The Law Firm of Janice M. Iati, P.C. is a civil litigation firm focusing on trial defense litigation in all levels of state, federal, and appellate courts. The cases involve negligence, premises liability, contracts, products liability, and construction matters including New York State Construction Labor Laws. I also conduct legal training sessions for my corporate clients, as well as assisting them in choosing counsel from other states when needed.

I have acted as General Counsel and assisted General Counsel for corporate clients who are self-insured. I also work with General Counsel nationwide to ensure compliance with the companies’ policies and standards.

I conduct investigations on behalf of insurance companies and self-insured clients. These investigations are immediately completed post-accident to ensure evidence is documented, secured, and any potential damages are identified.
