With decades of experience in reverse logistics, data destruction, product audit and resale into the computer secondary market, VAR’s industry experience and connections offer the optimal solution for both value recovery and environmental sustainability, as resold (and redeployed) computers have one seventh the carbon footprint of traditional recycling. VAR ensures our clients’ ITAD service engagement with VAR will be convenient, safe, and profitable. As Clients upgrade, we handle all aspects of what to do with those retired assets by providing:

• Reverse Logistics (pick-up services for all locations across the US)
• Data Destruction (NIST 800-88R1 compliant Data Sanitization protocol, which replaced the DoD wiping protocol under 5220.22-M)
• Product Audit and Asset Tag/Label Removal (detailed reporting of product serial/asset numbers, product type, manufacturer, model, configuration, condition, and cosmetic grading)
• Value Recovery (either direct purchase or shared revenue) we provide open book reporting of the final sale/value recovery
