John’s career as a successful business executive has spanned over 40 years. He is an accomplished senior business executive with demonstrated success building and coaching teams, developing, and executing strategic business plans, improving business processes, operating performance, and increasing shareholder value. He has cross functional experience in Sales, Supply chain, Finance, Customer Experience, System Implementation, and Manufacturing. When working with clients his specialties include, strategic planning, organizational development, cost optimization, exit planning and process improvement all driving to increase the value of your company.
His experience is in multiple industries including restaurant, legal services, document management, business services, and oil and gas. This experience helps him provide valuable insights into how to run and grow a thriving business.
Why I do What I Do
In short, I have a passion for helping people become successful both personally and professionally. I have been blessed with significant training and education in the corporate world. I am at a point in my career that I want to give back and to share that with companies that need that help. I enjoy using that experience to work with small to medium companies increase their success.
How I Spend My Free Time
With a wife, Pam of 46 years we spend a lot of time traveling. We travel to see our 4 kids and 7 grandkids in Dallas, Cleveland, and Houston. When not traveling to see them, we travel and view new places we haven’t seen in the US. We especially love to go to the Caribbean Islands. When at home I have had the opportunity to be active in working with the Church and multiple charities helping the homeless and other organizations in the community. This includes being on the Board of Directors for Compassion United, Lions, Chamber of Commerce, and Faithfest. I Also am involved with the City of Conroe Homeless Coalition working with the Mayor.

I have worked with and for John Stacy for a little over five years now. In that time, I have grown to appreciate the value that he brings to the organization. John is a strong leader who combines the logistical skills necessary in running an operations team in tight times and under deadlines. He also has the business acumen to think about long-term strategy and organizational vitality. John can leverage idle resources in one area of the company to supplement other areas of the operation that were struggling due to seasonal fluctuations in business and software implementations. He can quickly assess those responsibilities that can be easily transferred to the supplemental staff with little training by using their current skill sets and access to necessary areas of the company. More recently, John was given the responsibility of overseeing a project to ensure data integrity and accuracy prior to the roll out of a conversion from one of our legacy platforms to Oracle. As a subject matter expert and manager of a team that was responsible for using John’s data, I can attest that the roll out went much smoother than had been anticipated. John’s attention to detail and ability to put the right people in the right place made this a successful endeavor for the company.
