My successful track record with my clients lies with recruiting, developing, mentoring, and leading high-quality teams to deliver year after year revenue growth and profitability. With a prolific background in sales, marketing & operations management, and business development, I have successfully driven increased performance for my clients with new hires, developing new aligned partnerships and existing personnel across business units. I’ve managed budgets, developed and implemented training programs, strategically planned and evolved processes to support organizational goals.

For the past 25 years, I have had the pleasure of partnering with clients in a variety of industries, including Hotel/Restaurant, HR, Banking/Finance, and IT/Cyber Security. My reputation has been built by my consummate professionalism, integrity and a commitment to excellence in all projects undertaken.

I have a passion for identifying opportunities and building the powerhouse team to implement specific visions. Helping entrepreneurs achieve personal and professional goals, and witnessing their company achieve year after year is what drives me to do what I do.

Collaborating with my teammates, clients, internal and external business partners who go the extra mile to “get it done well,” is highly invigorating and rewarding. I look forward to what each day brings, and look to what’s next.

How I Spend My Free Time

I enjoy spending time with my family, volunteering, boating, jet skiing, hiking in the Adirondack Mountains, golfing, coaching soccer and basketball, and love all types of sporting events. I am passionate about self development and leadership development, positive psychology and exercising
