“Over a year ago, I had the opportunity to meet Paul Mara. At that time my company, Talent Software Services, was pursuing certification as a Veteran Owned Small Business. In the early stages of our partnership, Paul helped guide us through the necessary steps to achieve our certification.

Once we received our certification, Paul and his team were instrumental in assisting us move forward as a VOSB.

Talent Software Services was a successful 31-year old business; however, we were novices on how to navigate the world of supplier diversity. Paul worked with us for several months on strategy, training, and general education regarding the supplier diversity space. He helped with meeting preparation and provided questions that we could ask supplier diversity leaders during 1:1 sessions with them.

Additionally, he informed us of the many procurement events that were occurring in our marketplace. At these events, Paul always introduced us to his vast array of connections.

As time went on, we engaged Paul to help arrange meetings for us at several of our target accounts. Our company found this to be a very successful strategy as to date he has coordinated several meetings with strategic accounts.

Paul is constantly thinking of new ideas and trying to help us innovate. It is not unusual for Paul to reach out to us with a great suggestion on how we can get additional visibility in our marketplace.
