“Over a year ago, I had the opportunity to meet Paul Mara. At that time my company, Talent Software Services, was pursuing certification as a Veteran Owned Small Business. In the early stages of our partnership, Paul helped guide us through the necessary steps to achieve our certification. Once we received our certification, Paul and his team were instrumental in assisting us move forward as a VOSB. Talent Software Services was a successful 31-year old business; however, we were novices on how to navigate the world of supplier diversity. Paul worked with us for several months on strategy, training, and general education regarding the supplier diversity space. He helped with meeting preparation and provided questions that we could ask supplier diversity leaders during 1:1 sessions with them.
