We are very happy with the results

Initially, we were not interested in the services offered by Integrity Cost Consulting.  We were already reviewing our utility and telecom invoices, so I didn’t think it would be worth our time.  However, since there was no financial risk to working with Integrity Cost Consulting, I told our controller to schedule a short meeting with Steve.  I’m glad I did, because we realized that our monthly review of invoices, and just comparing the charges to previous months and our budget, was not enough to ensure that we were being charged accurately and cost efficiently. We are very happy with the results of the audit.  Integrity Cost Consulting found us monthly cost reductions for both utility and telecom.  We had been overpaying for these services for years.  It’s unfortunate we didn’t meet with Steve sooner. We found Steve to be trustworthy and professional.  His audit team was also very helpful and professional.  We were kept updated throughout the audit.  Steve and his audit team were very thorough and organized.  As a result of our partnership with Integrity Cost Consulting, I know we will now be paying the lowest cost possible for our utility and telecom services. I would recommend Integrity Cost Consulting to any organization that is concerned about their costs.
